We are looking for an entry level Grants Administrator to work onsite at our client's, MDOT MTA, location.
Job assignments will include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Develop grant applications, grant amendments and budget revisions through the Transit Award Management System (TRAMs)
- Review and process invoices
- Work with program managers and grant recipients to complete quarterly progress reports
- Complete grant closeouts through TRAMs
- Review and stay up to date on FTA circulars and requirements
- Demonstrate the ability to manage time and workload effectively including planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to details.
Requirements :
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- High school degree or equivalent required, Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Excel experience required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
