We are looking for an entry level Grants Administrator to work onsite at our client's, MDOT MTA, location.

Job assignments will include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Develop grant applications, grant amendments and budget revisions through the Transit Award Management System (TRAMs)
• Review and process invoices
• Work with program managers and grant recipients to complete quarterly progress reports
• Complete grant closeouts through TRAMs
• Review and stay up to date on FTA circulars and requirements
• Demonstrate the ability to manage time and workload effectively including planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to details.

Requirements :

• 0-3 years of relevant experience
• High school degree or equivalent required, Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Excel experience required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
