Requirements
Skills Required :
- Electrical Engineering background
- Licensed Electrician or Electrical Technician
- Experience in supporting automated equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft applications for documentation
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment
- Robust safety background
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to production and quality area issues
- Effectively troubleshoot automation issues
- Collaborate with the Engineering Maintenance Team to identify and address root causes of reported issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to the site Automation Team or Engineering
- Replace or swap relevant IT equipment (PCs, network devices, printers) to resolve issues
- Document reported issues, including time of occurrence, details, and triage performed
- Provide regular reports to the next shift and management
