Construction Administrator / Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrator / Estimator who will be working from our Corporate Headquarters in Inverness Florida and will be responsible for managing key projects in the Central Florida area. This person will oversee the coordination and completion of multiple Division 3 and 4 construction projects with a focus on Concrete and Masonry to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and scope as well as set deadlines and monitor and summarize the progress of the project.

Responsibilities :

• Manage material negotiations & procurement
• Coordinate internal resources with the management team and third parties / vendors for the execution of projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the scope
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives
• Ensure resource availability and allocation (materials, equipment, etc.)
• Assist in developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Assist & support the Field management teams
• Assist in development & execution of change orders
