Stauffer Glove & Safety is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivables Representative to join our team in Red Hill, Pennsylvania . This individual must be able to work effectively in a team environment and have exceptional problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Summary / Objective

An Accounts Receivable Representative’s main task is collections. This position will have contact with the customer and their A / P department plus working with internal customer service on clearing up past due balances. Proper phone and customer service skills are key in order to work with the customer on past due issues. This job also includes posting checks / wire transfers, processing RMA’s and credits and customer relations. This position is also representative will be a backup to other members on the team where necessary.
