About the Role : Project Manager (Luxury Custom Residential)

We are seeking a seasoned, proactive Project Manager to oversee the entire construction lifecycle - from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. This is a pivotal role on our high-performing Production team, requiring both technical expertise and emotional intelligence. You'll collaborate directly with clients, architects, trades, and internal team members to bring complex, beautiful homes to life.

Key Responsibilities

Lead custom residential projects from start to finish, ensuring excellence in schedule, budget, and quality.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field staff to ensure seamless daily operations.

Maintain and update project documentation in Procore, including schedules, budgets, RFIs, and change orders.

Facilitate clear, consistent communication with clients, architects, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Run weekly site meetings, conduct field walks, and lead quality assurance inspections.

Forecast project needs, flag risks early, and problem-solve issues with confidence and autonomy.

Report directly to the Production Manager and collaborate closely with ownership.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of Project Management experience in residential construction, preferably high-end or custom homes.

Proficiency with Procore , Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and familiarity with Gantt charts and project tracking tools.

Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, on budget, and with client satisfaction.

Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, timelines, and people with clarity.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
