Job descriptionManage all construction project phases, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction Track project timelines, budgets, and compliance with codes / scope Document photos, contracts, and change orders Work with superintendents on daily and final project reviews Handle vendor negotiations, permitting, and final documentation High School Diploma or GED Construction management experience preferred Strong organizational, communication & leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet profit goals Personal phone (for work-related apps) Standing / walking / driving for extended periods Comfortable with ladders / heights Able to pass a background check

Position : Full-Time | Hourly Rate + Commission
Location : In-person - 113 Clermont Ave
Schedule : MonFri, 8-hour shifts
