These techs will go through a 8 week training course. Throughout training, this individual will ride with a lead. After they complete training they will get a truck, fuel card, and meters to complete jobs.
These techs will be working with customers on a daily basis. Typically they will complete 3-5 jobs a day and will have a schedule before starting their day.
They will be required to get tools on their own. These techs will be working in residential settings and will need to be able to talk to customers.
Training will teach them everything they need to know.

This individual will need to be someone who is looking to start a career in the OSP / fiber industry and is looking for a long term opportunity.

High motivation, a desire to work, professionalism and high maturity level, and a sense of pride. Great communication and interpersonal skills.
They will be required to get tools on their own.
MUST BE 21+ due to driving company vehicles after 8 weeks
