Key Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements with merchants, partners, and vendors

Manage negotiations and develop strategies for updating agreements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and support new product initiatives

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements

JD degree required

Experience with privacy, data security, and relevant regulations is a plus

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Eager to learn about new technologies and navigate complex legal issues
