We are dedicated to improving patient access, experience, and outcomes, and were seeking a skilled legal professional to help us manage and execute key contracts that drive our success.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Negotiation and Management :

  • Negotiate, draft, and execute contracts, with a primary focus on leases, vendor agreements, and employment contracts.
  • Provide legal support for managed service agreements.
  • Payor Agreement Oversight :
  • Assist in organizing and monitoring payor agreements to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Legal Guidance :

  • Offer sound legal counsel to support corporate goals and mitigate risks.
  • Document Organization :
  • Maintain a well-organized contract repository and ensure timely renewal and compliance.

    • Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Licensed attorney with strong experience in contract negotiation and organization.
  • Familiarity with leases, employment law, and managed service agreements is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a flexible, part-time schedule.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Preferred : Looking to re-enter the legal field after a career pause and seeking a flexible work arrangement.
