Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant for Social Media Strategy to spearhead the development and execution of our enterprise-wide social media initiatives. This role is crucial for integrating both paid and organic campaigns, ensuring our brand maintains a strong position in the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals, incorporating paid, owned, and earned media across various platforms.
- Lead social listening efforts to identify trends, consumer sentiments, and key cultural moments; translate findings into actionable strategies to guide marketing and business decisions.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for all social media campaigns to assess reach, engagement, conversion, and brand impact using advanced analytics tools.
- Collaborate with creative and media teams to ensure coherent messaging and innovative content across both organic and paid channels.
- Guide the marketing team in utilizing social media effectively across the entire marketing funnel, linking brand messaging to timely cultural conversations and opportunities.
- Oversee corporate social applications to enhance brand reputation and employee engagement.
- Stay updated on platform trends and emerging technologies to continuously refine our social strategy.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing social media team, cultivating a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all social media platforms, maintaining a unified voice.
- Work collaboratively across departments including marketing, PR, product, insights, and customer service to maximize social media impact.
Qualifications :
5-7+ years of experience in social media management.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Innovative mindset and adaptability to change.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.Additional Information : This position is based in Radnor, PA, and operates in a hybrid work arrangement with employees expected to work on-site three days a week.
