Fur unseren Standort der Oxford Instruments GmbH in Wiesbaden suchen wir einen engagierten Office Manager (m / w / d) mit einem auf 2 Jahre befristeten Vertrag , der den taglichen Betrieb uberwacht, die Einrichtungen koordiniert und unser Team bei der Aufrechterhaltung eines effizienten Ablaufs und einladenden Atmosphare unterstutzt.

    Ihre Aufgaben

    Als unser Office Manager ubernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben :

  • Buromanagement : Verwaltung und Koordination des taglichen Buro Ablaufs, Koordination von Reparaturen, Verwaltung der Vorrate und Uberwachung der Raumverteilung.
  • Kommunikation und Koordination : Sie fungieren als zentraler Ansprechpartner fur interne und externe Stakeholder, darunter Gebaudemanagement, Kunden und Lieferanten.
  • Einarbeitung und Budgetierung : Unterstutzung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter und Verwaltung der Burobudgets und -ausgaben.
  • Empfangstatigkeiten : Gewahrleistung einer professionellen und einladenden Umgebung fur alle Besucher, Organisation von Besprechungen und Pflege der Gemeinschaftsraume.
  • Allgemeine Unterstutzung : Unterstutzung der Fuhrungskrafte bei Berichten, Veranstaltungsorganisation und Korrespondenz unter Einhaltung der Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien.

  • Erfahrung : Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Bereich des Office Management oder der Verwaltung mit fundierten Kenntnissen uber Arbeitsablaufe und Best Practices.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift).
  • Fortgeschrittene Computerkenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Erfahrung im Budgetmanagement und in der Spesenabrechnung.
  • Ausgepragte organisatorische und koordinative Fahigkeiten.
  • Sie arbeiten proaktiv und selbststandig mit einer Can-do"-Einstellung.
  • Auergepragte zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fahigkeiten.
  • Detailorientiert und geschickt im Aufbau positiver Beziehungen.
