The Business Banking Specialist actively engages customers and potential customers in order to create a welcoming environment for new and established customers while providing friendly, efficient and quality service tailored to the customer's financial needs. The Business Banking Specialist will be expected to maintain working knowledge of business banking products and services, and be able to communicate these benefits to customers. The Business Banking Specialist will also be expected to actively participate in community and client related activities and events, as well as performing client and prospective client visits. The ability to manage projects concurrently is essential in order to provide the best service possible to our clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education is preferred
• Proven sales experience is preferred
• 3-4 years of work experience with sales-oriented customer service required
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Well-developed communication skills
• Coachable with the ability to learn
• Strong computer skills, including Excel
• Ability to manage concurrent projects while delivering accurate and quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Routine decision making and reasoning skills
