Job Summary

Seeking hands-on Softwware Engineer II - Web Developer with strong experience in custom PHP, WordPress development, and full-stack web support. This is not a low-code or AI-assisted build environment - we're seeking someone who can write, troubleshoot, and optimize real code. You'll support over 20 vendor-developed websites through cPanel and work directly with internal stakeholders to enhance and maintain our digital platforms. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy working across the full web stack and collaborating in a business-driven, technically diverse environment.

This role supports the Digital Product Manager in delivering web-based solutions aligned with business and user needs. The position involves front-end and full-stack development tasks, ensuring responsive, accessible, and secure web experiences. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to support new features, troubleshoot issues, and optimize site performance.

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $102,500.00 / Yr. - USD $148,000.00 / Yr. depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
