Job descriptionReceive and manage intake calls for the Children’s Advocacy CenterServes as the primary point of contact for general inquiries via phone and emailIntake emergency response calls from the Department of Children and Families (DCF) and distribute appropriate notifications to MDT partnersCoordinate communication between MDT members as neededFollow up with MDT partners regarding missing or outstanding documentationMonitor and manage the CAC email dailyCreate and maintain case files, including 51A reports and police recordsEnter cases into the CAC database accurately and in a timely mannerMaintain organized onsite and offsite files in accordance with record-retention policiesRequest and track medical reports from the Child Protection Program at UMASSCompile and maintain statistical data for reporting and grant requirementsSchedule forensic interviews as neededSupport CAC accreditation and re-accreditation processesOrder offices supplies and CAC-specific materialsSupport special projects, events, training and program initiatives as assignedSchedule mandated reporter training for our community partnersUnderstanding of trauma-informed and victim-centered practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365Self-motivated with ability to work well independently and as part of a teamExcellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detailEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize time sensitive matters and meet deadlinesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to maintain strong working relationships with fellow employees, professionals, community members and other government agenciesCapacity to maintain a high level of confidentiality and maturity in handling sensitive matters Job :Administrative Services Organization :Worcester District DA Title :CAC AdministratorLocation : Massachusetts-Worcester - 225 Main Street Requisition ID : 260000QN
