Process Engineer - Selling Partner Support Experience

The Role : As a Process Engineer, you will analyze operational processes to create, test, launch, and enhance high-quality self-service software products known as Workflows. You will collaborate with the SPSE team to understand business models and develop technical requirements driven by technology solutions. Your responsibilities will involve working alongside product managers, software developers, business analysts, and project managers on medium to large-scale projects while improving the product development lifecycle for Workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with program and business stakeholders to document requirements and create functional specifications with BPMN-powered process maps.
• Design, develop, test, launch, and continuously improve automated self-service software products (Workflows).
• Become a subject matter expert on Amazon's internal process maps authoring application and architecture for workflow development.
• Work with software development teams to identify opportunities for automation in manual tasks.
• Author technical content using various markup languages, including Mustache, Markdown, HTML, and CSS.
• Utilize and leverage Amazon's technology and services effectively.
• Investigate technical product or operational issues to identify root causes and implement effective, scalable solutions.
