Your Role
As a Process Engineer, you'll analyze operational processes and take ownership of designing, developing, testing, launching, and continuously improving high-quality self-service software products known as Paramount workflows. You will collaborate with the broader PSAS organization to understand their business models and develop technical requirements that support our technology programs. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, business analysts, and program managers on a range of projects. Additionally, you'll drive improvements in the product development lifecycle for Paramount workflows.

Our compensation reflects labor costs across several U.S. markets, with a base pay range for this position from $81,600 / year in the lowest market to $205,100 / year in the highest market. Pay is influenced by various factors including market location and job-related experience. Along with a competitive salary, Amazon offers a total compensation package that may include equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive benefits.
