Position Overview :

This position involves the administration and support of the SAP landscape including SAP ECC 6.0 S4 HANA PI / PO Solution Manager and related SAP systems. The SAP Basis Administrator will work in collaboration with other IT teams to ensure the smooth functioning of SAP environments perform system migrations upgrades and assist in ongoing projects like the S4 HANA implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

• System Maintenance : Perform daily operations to monitor and maintain SAP systems including applying patches support pack upgrades and system refreshes.
• Performance Monitoring & Tuning : Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and provide capacity planning for the SAP landscape.
• Upgrades & Migrations : Support and manage key system migrations (e.g. SLES15 migration PI 7.4 to PO 7.5) and upgrades to S / 4 HANA NetWeaver HANA and other SAP systems.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with other IT teams including networking security and infrastructure teams to implement solutions that improve the reliability and performance of the SAP environment.
• Disaster Recovery & High Availability : Ensure SAP systems meet high availability and disaster recovery standards with knowledge of Serviceguard being a plus.
• Incident Management : Provide 24 / 7 on-call support for system issues ensuring quick resolution to minimize downtime.
• Documentation : Create and maintain system documentation including system design requirements summaries and troubleshooting guides.
• Client & System Copies : Assist in SAP landscape strategy through client copies system refreshes and managing system environments.
