Revenue Operations aims to maximize revenue throughout, standardize & implement operational best practices, provide measurable insights for sales enablement to improve sales performance, and enhance full-funnel accountability across the entire customer journey. As an Analyst, Sales Commission, you'll get to manage the full commission lifecycle from plan design and modeling to accurate payouts and reporting. You will partner with team members across Sales, Finance, and RevOps to ensure compliance, and deliver insights that drive performance and scalability.

StackAdapt is a remote-first company. We are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada and the US for this position.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Own the end-to-end commission process, including calculations, validation, reporting, and dispute management.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps on plan design, modeling scenarios, budgeting, and forecasting compensation costs.
• Create and audit quarterly reports to ensure accuracy of commissions payouts and develop solutions to address any issues.
• Partner with Finance teams on accruals, reporting, budgeting, and operating cadence.
• Build sales compensation analytics, maintain monthly reporting for sales teams, and develop executive level presentations on sales compensation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes, introducing scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
• Maintain strong governance over compensation plans - ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with revenue operations teammates on systems improvements for commissions.
• Evaluate commission guidelines periodically and suggest improvement measures.
