DCI is seeking a skilled Customer Service Rep (CSR) to support dispatch operations at our Linden, NJ terminal.

Primary responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to) :

• Working with customers and dispatchers to resolve issues which arise in the day to day activities of the dispatch department.
• Answers phones and is the first point of contact for customers.
• Communicates with Drivers to gather times and weights information.
• Verifies information against the customer's appointment time and communicates this information to the customer.
• Sends all communication on customer detention delays so as to avoid billing issues.
• Verifies the tank is clear to turn in to the port, avoiding timely delays
