Parts Authority is growing fast, and we're building a dedicated team of Customer Service Representatives to support our most rapidly expanding division. We're looking for individuals who can confidently handle inbound and outbound service calls and manage online orders related to collision auto body parts.

If you have at least one year of experience with collision auto body parts, we'd love to hear from you!

Don't have direct experience? No problem we're happy to train motivated candidates with the right attitude and enthusiasm.

Each and every team member plays a vital role in our success. We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.

Hourly Rate : $19.00

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls regarding collision auto body parts, providing information on availability, pricing, and product details.
• Process orders, manage online order inquiries, and handle returns or exchanges using our internal systems.
• Make outbound calls to update customers on order status, verify account details, and ensure we have accurate business information.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of collision auto body parts to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service while balancing company policies and customer needs.
• Clearly communicate the value of choosing Parts Authority including our extensive inventory, user-friendly ordering process, and fast return handling.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
