We are seeking energetic and outgoing Customer Service Representatives to join our team. You will represent our brand at live pop-up events , interacting directly with customers, answering questions, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with event attendees in a professional, friendly manner.
- Provide clear information about our products / services.
- Assist customers with questions, sign-ups, or purchases.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience at all times.
- Support the team in setting up and managing event spaces.
