Key Responsibilities

Support the global Talent Ops strategy and manage various TA transactions

Identify trends from audits and data to suggest process improvements

Create detailed process documentation and provide guidance on process issues

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or People Operations

Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential data

Able to manage priorities and work independently to meet deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft applications
