Temporary Document Scanning Clerk
The Temporary Document Scanning Clerk will support the Seattle Art Museum's record digitization initiative by organizing, scanning, and digitally archiving a variety of paper files. This position plays a key role in maintaining confidentiality, ensuring document accuracy, and creating clear, consistent digital filing systems. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Work Schedule
Typically scheduled during business hours, MondayFriday, for up to six weeks. Occasional flexibility may be required based on project needs.
Work Conditions
Primarily indoor, climate-controlled office environment. Position requires repetitive motion, handling paper materials, and extended periods of sitting or standing. Clear and effective communication in English is required.

Employment Requirements
In order to be employed by the Seattle Art Museum, you must reside in the state of Washington. Employment at SAM is contingent upon successful clearing and maintenance of clearance in both a federal and state criminal background check.
