Sterling File Gateway Engineer

A company is looking for a Sterling File Gateway Engineer Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Perform technical feasibility analysis and maintain a robust application for the File Transfer (SFG) environment

Design and implement best practices for maintenance, reliability, and performance optimization

Mentor the Managed File Transfer team and assist in project discovery, planning, and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

BA / BS in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent business experience

8-10 years of experience with IT Operations file transfer

10+ years of expertise with IBM's Sterling file gateway B2B suite and IBM's Control Center (ICC)

Experience in troubleshooting, patching, and maintaining critical applications

Demonstrated hands-on experience with UNIX, Linux, Wintel, and advanced UNIX scripting or Java development
