Role Overview

The position serves as agency-wide support for communication and network systems and assists DNR staff with telephones, cellular, and network equipment.

This position will work 20 hours per week. Weekly hours are flexible between the hours of 7 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday, and will be arranged with the manager.

Responsibilities

• Working with Vizio to update Auto Attendant workflows for phone systems.
• Editing and analyzing Excel workbooks to order Voice over IP Cisco Telephones and MS Teams Voice phones.
• Ordering Cell Phones and iPads for users.
• Support for Mobile Devices for users in the field.
• Support for Network and Telephone Systems in the field.
• Account Requests for new users in DNR for email and Active Directory.
• Editing ArcGis Data to keep network information up to date.

Salary Statement

The salary for this position traditionally starts at $15.00 / hr but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
