We're hiring a dynamic and experienced Nightlife Manager to lead evening operations at one of the most iconic venues in New York City . This role is perfect for someone with a passion for music, sharp hospitality instincts, and the leadership chops to manage a fast-paced team during peak hours. You'll be at the heart of the city's nightlife, driving unforgettable guest experiences and overseeing a vibrant event calendar.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in a manager position in a high-volume restaurant or music venue
• Excellent leadership and operations skills
• Extensive experience in personalized guest service that exudes hospitality
• Strong floor presence with a detailed understanding of Front of House operating procedures
• Highly intuitive, problem-solving nature – able to identify operational issues and create solutions
• Demonstrated success with exceeding financial, customer and employee engagement / retention goals
• A passion for the hospitality industry
