As the Club General Manager at City Night-Life Entertainment Corp, you will be responsible for the overall management and successful operation of the club. You will lead all departments, including front-of-house, security, bar, and entertainment, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, financial performance, and compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the club, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
• Lead, motivate, and manage department managers and staff to achieve operational goals
• Develop and implement business strategies to maximize profitability and growth
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve any guest complaints promptly
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor licensing laws and regulations
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and cost controls to meet financial objectives
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain patrons
• Monitor and enforce security measures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
• Foster a positive and productive work environment and maintain strong team communication
• Report regularly to senior management on club performance and issues
