We're shaping brand stories, driving scalable growth, and setting new standards for what performance looks like on the world's biggest retail platform. We're looking for a Director of Client Services, eCommerce to lead our Brand Management, Content, and Advertising departments.

This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in Amazon services, strong people management skills, and a proven ability to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction, including :

  • ?? Extensive experience in Amazon services, particularly in Brand Management, Content, and Advertising roles
  • ?? Advanced understanding of Amazon's platform, tools, and strategies
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing multiple departments or large teams
  • ??? Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on retention and satisfaction
  • Experience in process improvement and driving operational efficiency
  • ?? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
