Job Description Rang Healthcare is seeking a LPN / LVN Skilled Nursing for a travel job in Denton, Texas. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Skilled Nursing Discipline : LPN / LVN Start Date : 11 / 24 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days, evenings, flexible Employment Type : Travel Shift : 6 : 00AM - 2 : 00 P.M. Shift : 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM RESPONSIBILITIES : Provide care for patients - manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation. Perform computer data entry - Receive full training. Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, ICF-IDD Regulations, DSSLC Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards, Rules and Directives.
