Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Accountant to manage financial operations for our construction projects. The Project Accountant will be responsible for billing, subcontractor payments, and accounts payable functions, including credit card reconciliations. This role requires onsite collaboration with the Project Manager to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with project goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and manage billing for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Process payments to subcontractors and maintain proper documentation.
• Work onsite with the Project Manager to coordinate financial activities and resolve issues.
• Reconcile approximately 100 monthly employee credit card statements as part of AP duties.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with month-end close and reporting related to project financials.
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed for project-related expenses.
