🔧 Who We're Hiring :
Finish Blue Top Operators - seasoned pros with an "old-school" approach to fine grading and finish work
Skilled Equipment Operators , including :
Backhoe operators
Hydraulic excavator operators
Finish bulldozer operators
Note : This is not a role for forklift, bobcat, or skid steer operators.
🏗️ What You'll Be Doing :
Base prep work for concrete
Utility installation : water, sewer, and drainage
Working on high-volume highway and pipe-laying projects
Coordinating closely with fast-moving crews on active jobsites
Participating in equipment trials as part of the vetting process

Operators with current or recent field experience required
