It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will take full responsibility for all aspects of the Birdwood Mansion operations. Be proactive, creative and driven results. This position provides direction and leadership to the Birdwood Mansion team and any shared services collaboration with Boar’s Head Resort leadership team, to maximize revenue opportunities and guest satisfaction levels to the standards set by the Resort.

Birdwood Mansion Residence Head Host will meet and exceed guest expectations by providing efficient and courteous residence guests, patrons, and visitors in accordance with and deliverance of CORE Quality Experiences.

The Residence Head Host contributes to the operational and financial part of the overall Birdwood Mansion overall Dining, Catering and Banquet Operation. He / She assists in overseeing the overall organization, insuring the implementation and consistency of the property standards. The Residence Head Host contributes to the household management in providing residence guests with all pre-arrival preparations, arrival, departure and required collaboration with Boar’s Head Resort. The Residence Head Host oversees all scheduling, coaching and required disciplines to all team members of the Birdwood Mansion. Provide professional executive operations and support to the Director of Residence.

Requirements :

• 5-year minimum management or supervisory in Hotel, Food and beverage fine dining and banquet experience.
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks
• Creative and approachable, Outgoing personality ? Meticulous and attention to detail
• Able to communicate written and spoken English. Excellent overall communication skills. Able to multi-task ? High standards of quality of service
• High standards of personal grooming
• Ability to conduct training.
• Strong desire excellent guest service
• The ability to work well in a team environment
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Readiness to work a flexible schedule and holidays.
