Job description

Water / Wastewater Construction (Dallas Area)

Im partnering with a well-established heavy civil contractor in the Dallas Area region that is actively growing its team and works on Projects in the range of $40 - 200M. This company specializes in :

  • Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants
  • Pump & Lift Stations

We are looking to identify strong talent in the following roles :

  • Senior Project Manager (SNR PMs)
  • Project Managers (PMs)
  • Assistant Project Managers (APMs)

    What Theyre Looking For :

  • Proven experience in water / wastewater treatment plant construction
  • Ability to lead projects or teams with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction
  • Strong communicators who thrive in a collaborative environments
  • Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors

    • The Offer :

  • $140-185k base
  • Bonus 15-25%
