Job descriptionSenior Project Manager (SNR PMs) Project Managers (PMs) Assistant Project Managers (APMs) Proven experience in water / wastewater treatment plant construction Ability to lead projects or teams with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction Strong communicators who thrive in a collaborative environments Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors $140-185k base Bonus 15-25% Long-term growth opportunities with a stable contractor $950 truck allowance Fuel card + maintenance Full benefits (Healthcare, vision, dental, insurance, etc) 3 weeks PTO All local work A company culture that emphasizes work-life balance and employee well-being Please don't apply if you DON'T have 3+ years experience as an APM or PM in the W / WW or Heavy civil field
