Job descriptionManage a diverse portfolio of structural projects from design through construction. Maintain high standards for quality, budget control, and schedule adherence. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects and MEP consultants. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Lead proposal efforts, fee structuring, and project scoping. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Play a key role in hiring and expanding the Dallas structural team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance office culture. Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's). Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas or eligible within 6 months. At least 8 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record in project leadership. Strong interpersonal skills and experience in client-facing roles. Background in commercial, educational, or institutional projects is advantageous. An established and fast-growing engineering group is looking for a Senior Structural Project Manager to lead operations in its Dallas office. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned structural engineer ready to take ownership of project delivery, client relationships, and team development in a high-growth environment.
Role Responsibilities
Team Leadership :
- Direct and support the structural engineering team in Dallas, ensuring technical excellence and project efficiency.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and help shape the direction of the structural division.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and emerging leaders.
