Certs & License :

• Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license- Required
• BLS, ACLS – Required Floating Requirements : No Blocked Scheduling : Weekend Locals accepted : Yes RTO Restrictions : Unit manager’s approval Required Special Requirements :
• Level 1 trauma center OR with 11 rooms of high volume ortho, trauma and spine cases. All other specialties. Minimal peds.
• Traveler must have experience in general, ortho, spine, trauma, and neuro (specifically craniotomies).
• Must have level I trauma experience but will consider highly skilled clinician with recent level II trauma experience in like-size / larger facility.
