The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse or therapist. Performs services for the client as necessary to maintain the personal comfort of the client. The Certified Nursing Assistant reports directly to a Staffing Manager and receives clinical oversight by the Clinical Supervisor.

SCHEDULE

• This is a part time position that offers a flexible schedule during office hours Monday - Friday.
• This position will require you to travel to client's homes to provide 1 : 1 client care that may take 1-3 hours per client.

Performs household services essential to health care at home, including, but not limited to :

PHYSICAL / ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

Heavy to Very Heavy physical demands involves lifting client, bending, stooping and stretching. Must be adaptable to a variety of environments and settings in the community. Must assess physical and emotional needs and be able to respond appropriately. Must have car or bus capability.

Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and / or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and / or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for heavy work.

QUALIFICATIONS

Adara Home Health, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $16 - $22 per hour. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
