Compensation :

We offer a lucrative commission structure. The Sr. Sales Rep has the potential to earn anywhere between  $80,000 - $200,000+  per year, with  top earners exceeding $250,000++

W2 AND 1099 options available. W2 packages include bases ranging up to $75k base + gas card + Truck stipend AND commission! (Base offered depends on experience level). We have the most aggressive 1099 compensation package in the industry.

3MG Sales Representatives :

• Customer-centric role requiring face-to-face interactions with prospective clients.
• Work directly with homeowners to assess damage, provide estimates, and collaborate with the production team.
