Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound client calls, ensuring high-quality customer service
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system
Conduct introductory calls and assist clients through the enrollment process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Proven experience in client retention, particularly with cancellation calls
Bilingual in Spanish is required
Experience in customer service roles, especially in client services and retention
Experience using a CRM system such as Salesforce or similar
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service preferred
