As a Veterinary Assistant/Front Desk at Parker & Ace, you'll wear two essential hats, providing vital support to our veterinarians and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and their furry companions. What You'll Do:
Assistant Duties
Prepare examination rooms and assist with surgical preparations.Handle and restrain animals gently and with care.Administer medications and treatments under veterinary supervision.Conduct routine laboratory tests and assist with diagnostics.Front Desk Duties:
Greet and welcome clients with a friendly demeanor.Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment book.Answer client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.Escort clients and their pets to examination rooms.Maintain a clean and organized reception area.Educate clients on basic care and medication administration.What You'll Get:
