Are you someone who thrives on organization but also has a heart for healing?

At Guiding Hands Healthcare, were looking for a dynamic professional who can support operations through scheduling and coverage coordination, and step into group facilitation to support our clients in mental health and substance use recovery.

This is a hybrid role that combines behind-the-scenes operational support with direct client engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Facilitate and manage group sessions, including handling call-outs and covering groups on short notice.
  • Proficiently use Google Applications, Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Sign to complete administrative tasks.
  • Utilize Bamboo for tracking and organizational purposes.
  • Adhere to and remember all company protocols and processes.
  • Prepare and send HR paperwork, including employment agreements.
  • Schedule background checks, drug tests, and other onboarding appointments.
  • Ensure all forms are completed and filed accurately.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Track and notify staff of expiring licenses and certifications.
  • Manage offboarding tasks, including termination paperwork and closing employee files.
  • Help create staff schedules based on availability and location requirements.
  • Communicate updates and changes
  • Assist with planning wellness initiatives and training sessions.

Qualifications :

  • Must have an active RADT or SUDRC certification.
  • Previous experience in group facilitation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Sign.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to cover group sessions on short notice.
  • Reliable internet connection, transportation, and a home workspace.
  • Experience in sales is a plus
  • Experience with HR processes is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and HR / scheduling tools.
  • Perks :

  • $25 / hour with gas reimbursement for travel.
  • Part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time.
  • Majority of work is remote, offering flexibility in your schedule. Group sessions are in person.
  • $250 sign on bonus after 6 months of employment. Another $250 sign on bonus after 1 year of employment.
