Vehicle Return Clerk

A company is looking for a Vehicle Return Clerk (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Ensure case accuracy and assemble case documentation

Manage communications between the car owner, auto dealer, and lending institution

Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer

Required Qualifications and Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Three or more years of customer service experience preferred

Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation

Must be a Michigan resident

High-speed internet access and a secluded work environment at home
