Business Analyst

Role :

• Business Analyst Location : Tallahassee, FL Type : Onsite only (local profiles preferred) Duration : Long-term contract 🔹 Key Responsibilities Assist in developing project specifications, planning, and project management.
• Provide weekly status and monthly written reports (accomplishments, challenges, and recommendations).
• Communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders effectively.
• Develop and maintain project documentation – plans, budgets, risk, communication, and change logs.
• Support the design and implementation of business solutions aligned with DOE goals.
• Manage project risks through mitigation planning.
• Facilitate change control and approval processes for budget, scope, and schedule.
• Document and verify testing results to ensure objectives are achieved. 🔹 Required Experience 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst , preferably on financial or government projects .
• Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
