Location : South Plainfield, New Jersey

Position Type : Full-Time (Hybrid up to 3 days a week in the office)

Position Overview : CARIAN is seeking a Project Scheduler to support a major facilities capital improvement program for one of our utility clients. This role is ideal for someone with 35 years of scheduling experience in construction or infrastructure projects who's ready to make an impact on complex, multi-site programs. You'll be responsible for building and managing project schedules, coordinating with diverse teams, and helping keep high-visibility projects on track.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and / or Microsoft Project
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to gather updates and adjust timelines
• Track schedule performance, flag risks or delays, and recommend mitigation strategies
• Prepare and deliver regular progress updates, look-ahead reports, and stakeholder presentations
• Ensure alignment of schedule data with overall project controls and reporting processes
