Bear Claw is a growing SaaS company transforming applicant tracking and passive candidate headhunting. We’re looking for a talented Front-End Developer (UI / UX) to join our engineering team and play a key role in building Bear Claw’s new user interface. This is a unique opportunity to own the user interface for a high-impact product and help shape the experience for thousands of users.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development of Bear Claw’s new UI, translating designs and prototypes into responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to implement UX best practices, leveraging Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing.
• Build and consume authenticated APIs and integrate with back-end services (Node.js, AWS Lambda).
• Incorporate AI-driven insights and data visualization (Amazon Redshift) into the UI, creating smarter and more personalized user experiences.
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code, including unit and integration tests.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and accessibility across the application.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and TDD initiatives.
• Use analytics and user feedback to continuously improve the product experience.
