A company is looking for a VP of Clinical Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight to clinical teams to achieve performance metrics
Implement standards and processes to improve clinical operations and promote cost-effective healthcare
Engage with providers to enhance member outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field
10 years of managed care experience with management responsibility in clinical operations
Experience with state, federal, and third-party regulations
Operational and process improvement experience
Strong leadership capabilities
