A company is looking for an Online Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with faculty and subject matter experts on instructional material design and technology integration

Evaluate instructional needs and develop curricula for online and hybrid courses

Assess instructional delivery and effectiveness, recommending improvements for online and hybrid programs

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree required

3 years of experience in higher education

Experience in instructional design and technology integration

Ability to build online and hybrid courses within a Learning Management System (LMS)

Experience in developing multimedia content for educational purposes
