Komatsu is offering a paid internship for an Electrician! In this role you'll travel the United States as well as work in the shop in Mesa Arizona learning how to do electrical work on large mining shovels. Initial training is in Mesa AZ, then field assignments in various remote mining locations in Arizona as well as the Mesa shop.This is a fantastic opportunity forstudents to gain real-world experience with a global leader in mining and construction equipment. Job Duties :

• Entry-level work including electrical cabinet rebuilds and shovel rewiring (wiring only, not live electricity)
• Shop-based rewiring of electrical components and cabinets
• Field work rewiring shovels during overhauls
• Assistance with troubleshooting, new machine builds, and relocation of machines
• Work under supervision, with a focus on safety and process improvement
• Flexible schedule and travel required based on job location
