Location : Plano TX / Richmond VA (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Job Description :

We are looking for a Backend Java Developer to design build and support scalable backend services in a financial services environment. The role involves working closely with engineering leads and Agile teams to deliver high-quality backend solutions.

Responsibilities :

Participate in daily Agile ceremonies (stand-ups sprint planning)

Design develop and enhance backend services and REST APIs

Build scalable cloud-native applications on AWS

Collaborate with engineering leads stakeholders and integration partners

Support end-to-end delivery across the backend stack

Required Skills :

Java with Spring / Spring Boot (3 years)

Golang (3 years)

AWS (2 years) backend cloud development

Backend services & API development

Databases : MongoDB / Amazon DocumentDB DynamoDB

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have :

Client-facing experience

Financial services domain exposure
