Accountabilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap, aligning initiatives with business objectives and user needs.
• Translate user and stakeholder requirements into well-defined features, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to drive the development and delivery of digital products.
• Manage product lifecycle including planning, execution, delivery, and post-launch evaluation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights and guidance on product strategy, trade-offs, and business value.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges in a timely manner.
• Facilitate agile practices and mentor team members in agile principles and frameworks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and product management practices.
